Powerset notes for the Dipper + Wirt PSL

MAIN POINTS:

His abilities come from being not quite dead and not quite alive - he's somewhere in the middle

Should all focus more on his physiology to start with. What has changed about his physical self and how does it impact things around him?

Based loosely around and expanded on this post:
- Vines grow around them when they aren't paying attention
- Animals are wary of them (death smell).
- Heartbeats are slower/fainter, can stop breathing and forget to start again, can stare for a long time without blinking.
- Cold to the touch no matter the weather.

"All along Wirt was subconsciously fighting the will to survive. because...confronting your problems in life, for him, was more frightening than death." (x) - not a power, but feels weirdly relevant?

Greg and Wirt have the same powers - if it's too scary to give to Greg, Wirt doesn't have it either.

SUPERPOWER WIKI LINKS

Freezing/Cold Resistance/Cold Manipulation: Wirt is so internally cold that he can often freeze things if he isn't careful - tends to happen when he's nervous. Can survive extreme cold, but that doesn't mean it's comfortable to do so.
Death Force Manipulation/Life Force Absorption/Rot Inducement: "Whereas Life-Force is the essence which allows life to flourish, Death-Force is that which causes things to wither, rot, weaken, and eventually die." - grass dying beneath his feet, leaves turning when he touches them, etc.
Hibernation/Feign Death: May come off this way when he sleeps, consequently more difficult to wake up than he used to be.
Astral Vision/Mediumship: Can see and communicate with ghosts/spirits even when they have not manifested to others in Gravity Falls - and they're kind of all over the place. Can speak directly to them, be understood, and hear responses.
Undead Pulse: Frankly should not be alive with his frighteningly low blood pressure and near impossible to feel heartbeat. Body temp baseline is very cold.
Death Sense: Can sense when someone or something is near death, and how it lingers. Hospitals are very overwhelming.
Afterlife Connection/Dream Walking: Is still connected to the Unknown, and can travel there in his dreams. Also is able to tap into the dreams of others he knows and merge their dreams with the Unknown.
